He <strong>converted 11 out of the 18 calls<\/strong>, some of which include IIM Kashipur, NMIMS Mumbai, IIM Rohtak, IIM Ranchi, IIM Amritsar, IIM Sirmaur, IIM Jammu, IIM bodhgaya, IIM Sambalpur, XIMB &amp; IMT Ghaziabad. He went for IIM Kashipur.<\/p>\n<p>So let&#8217;s dive into his NMIMS interview experience.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Detailed_Profile\"><\/span><span style=\"background-color: #ffffff; color: #000080;\"><strong>Detailed Profile<\/strong><\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Shantanu is a <strong>general, non-engineer, male.<\/strong> He scored 95.45%ile in CAT &amp; 242 marks in NMAT. Okay can you tell me about normal distribution?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Me:<\/strong> Told and he looked satisfied.<\/p>\n<p><strong>P2:<\/strong> Okay give some examples of normal distribution.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Me:<\/strong> Started explaining but<strong> P1<\/strong> interrupted in between saying that it was not appropriate.<\/p>\n<p><strong>P1:<\/strong> Okay let\u2019s get to the real deal now. Why MBA?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Me:<\/strong> Gave a well-prepared answer.<\/p>\n<p><strong>P1:<\/strong> But why MBA from NMIMS?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Me:<\/strong> Told that the college being located in the financial capital shall provide me with a great level of exposure and since I am already acquainted with the campus life, clubs, committees, etc. So, I would blend into the rigour of the course easily.<\/p>\n<p><strong>P1:<\/strong> Wont that be too easy for you? Why don\u2019t you try for IIMs?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Me:\u00a0<\/strong> Gave an impromptu answer but they looked dissatisfied.<\/p>\n<p><strong>P2:<\/strong> Okay Shantanu we are done for the day. Do you have any questions?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Me:<\/strong> No Sir, Thank you.<\/p>\n<p><strong>P2:<\/strong> You can leave the meet then.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Me:<\/strong> Thank you sir.<\/p>\n<p>I felt this was more of a pressure handling interview and the interviewers were constantly checking my ability to handle stress and that\u2019s why there were only a few traditional interview questions and a lot of questions to test the problem solving skills.<\/p>\n<p>It wasn\u2019t a very good interview as far as my immediate opinion was concerned but I later realised that it was more of a stress test rather than a knowledge test.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"background-color: #ffffff;\"><strong>Verdict: Ended up converting NMIMS HR and NMIMS DT in the first list.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>iQuanta&#8217;s NMAT+SNAP Course has been launched.
