It is the 16th IIM established in 2015. Situated in the historically significant location, the institute aims to to create socially responsible managers and emotionally mature leaders. It has many sports facilities from indoor to outdoor like table tennis, carrom, basketball, football, cricket etc. Each dorm has its own playing ground and common room. The common room can be utilized for group discussions, projects, committee meetings, birthday celebrations and many more. IIM Bodhgaya has all the amenities you can ask for, from WiFi, LAN connection in every room to 24\/7 water supply etc. Aryabhatta, Bhaskara, and Gargi Girls Hostel are three of the hostels at IIM Bodh Gaya. All the hostels are typically offered at single occupancy. Each of the three floors in the Gargi Girls Hostel has 30 rooms, including both single and double rooms. The highest package offered was at Rs.48.58 LPA. This year witnessed an increase of 25% in the Average CTC and 37% in the Median CTC. With over 50% of all offers, the BFSI industry emerged as the leading recruiter.  BFSI was followed by consulting, IT, and analytics companies, who extended a total of 47 offers.
