from 2019 to 2023.<br>During this timeframe, India&#8217;s imports increased by 4.7% when compared to the period from 2014 to 2018.<br>India was the world\u2019s top arms importer for the period 2019-23 with imports having gone up by 4.7% compared to the period 2014-18, according to the (SIPRI).
