A month after the 2021 judgment, the court had dismissed a plea seeking a review \u2014 the final step in the appeal process after which a ruling of the highest court attains finality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this significant move, the Supreme Court of India has exercised its &#8220;extraordinary powers&#8221;
