This journey is about Kartik Bansal, who secured a 64.96 percentile in 2020 and, with his hard work and determination, got a 94.92 percentile in CAT 2024. Although he was a bit disheartened with his performance in CAT 2020, his confidence in himself and sheer dedication contributed to his success in CAT 2024. ‘From 64.96%ile in 2020 to 94.92%ile in 2024, and 232 marks in NMAT, my journey has been of various ups and downs. Although i could have scored a bit better, i am now accepting what i got and pursuing further.
When i got my score in 2020, i felt really disheartened and lost confidence in myself. I decided to go for some work experience and try again later in life, if I ever get that confidence back. I would like to thank iQuanta for providing me with the confidence that I could think of getting more marks.
All the mentors, Vikrant Kathuria Raj Kumar Jha Kamal Lohia Jeet Singh Abbas Imran Abhishek Leela Pandey played a very important role in my journey. Be it Vikrant sir’s methodology or Raj sir’s scolding ( it really helped me keep myself on track) or ALP sir’ love for maths and outlook on life that helped my shaped perspective on life and my way to study, or Kamal sir’s detailed solution and video lectures that shared tips and tricks on how to deal with a difficult set, all the small and big things helped me to reach where I got today.
I was most scared for LRDI, and with the help of them, i scored my highest in LRDI only. It is the satisfaction that I have with myself.
Although Iquanta gave me the confidence to achieve more, i am now settling for what i got and looking for all the best options i can have. As ALP sir said to me, ‘score acha h aapka, bs kbhi kbhi din acha nahi hota’, maybe wo din VARC ke liye acha nahi tha mere liye. Nonetheless, let’s go to the next step now.
I really appreciate for all the efforts, and hoping to get a good B-school. Kindly guide me how to proceed further, as there might be some issues in varc sectional’<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
