As per the latest update, the NTA NEET 2025 exam pattern and duration have reverted to its pre-COVID format. Going by the changes, it was found that the paper-pencil-based test will no longer include Section B and optional questions. Thus in NEET 2025 there will be a total of 180 compulsory questions comprising 45 questions each in Physics and Chemistry and 90 questions in the biology section with an exam duration of 180 minutes. However, the marking scheme is expected to remain unchanged from the previous year.
