CAT 2025 registration is all set to begin on August 1, 2025, as per the newspaper advertisement. The last date to submit the CAT application form 2025 will be September 13, 2025 (5:00 PM). The detailed CAT official notification will be released in the coming month. Last year there were a total of 3,29,000 registrations for the exam. The number is expected to cross 3.5 lakhs this year. In order to register for CAT 2025 one must first create a user ID and password using the personal mobile number and email id. The official website to register for CAT 2025 is iimcat.ac.in. Over the past 10 years there has been approximately 65% increase in CAT registration. The entire registration process is online and there is no other website to register for this exam. The CAT registration fee 2025 is Rs 2600 for the candidates belonging to the other categories like general, EWS and OBC, whereas it is Rs 1300 for candidates who belong to the SC\/ST and PwD category. CAT is the top most management entrance exam in India and in order to do an MBA from IIMs and other top B-Schools such as FMS, CAT exam is mandatory.
