NIFT offers a centralized placement for the major courses of 4-year UG &amp; 2-year PG courses. The NIFT placement placement process consists of three phases:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pre-Placement Offers (PPO):<\/strong> Companies can extend a pre-placement offer to students before the on-campus placement, which is considered a job offer. These offers may be made on the basis of internships\/training\/projects undertaken by the students in the said company. In order to provide a fair opportunity to all, companies may inform NIFT of such offers made through the moderated Industry Mentor Feedback Form provided by the institute to ensure students offered PPO are not allowed to participate in the further Placement process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>On-Campus Placement (Phase 1):<\/strong> Companies are invited for campus placements. It is organised for all the eligible final-year students of NIFT campuses. Upon being given a confirmed time and date, the companies participate in the campus placement procedure<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Off-Campus Placement (Phase 2):<\/strong> Upon completion of Campus Placements, the institute continues to facilitate job opportunities for its Graduates through Off-campus drives where companies that could not participate in campus placements raise requirements through the Industry &amp; Alumni Affairs (I&amp;AA) unit.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>NIFT Placements and job opportunities are on an upward trajectory\u2014with greater overseas opportunities, a greater number of pre placement offers, higher pay packages, etc. The NIFT has embarked on a new, restructured curriculum, which has incorporated new and emerging areas, including disruptive technologies, and taken initiatives for higher industry engagement.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-nift-placement-phase-2025\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"NIFT_Placement_Phase_2025\"><\/span><strong>NIFT Placement Phase 2025<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The NIFT Campus Placement 2025 will begin on 28th April 2025 and run through 16th May 2025, divided into two phases:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Phase 1: <\/strong>From 28th April to 10th May, the placement will be conducted in person across three NIFT campuses: New Delhi, Bengaluru, and Mumbai.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Phase 2: <\/strong>From 13th May to 16th May, the placement will be in an online format.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-companies-participating-for-nift-placements\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Companies_Participating_for_NIFT_Placements\"><\/span><strong>Companies Participating for NIFT Placements\u00a0<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Students who have completed or are pursuing their B.Des, B.F.Tech, M.Des, MFM, and B.F.Tech degrees can participate in the NIFT placement process.
