Students having a clear understanding of the high weightage chapters or topics in NEET Physics section have a better chance of scoring good marks. Each year, different chapters have varying weightage. As a result, the number of questions asked from each chapter also varies. While the class 11th topics in Physics overall contribution is around 46%, the class 12th Physics concepts have 54% overall contribution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Highest weightage chapters as evident from the NEET Physics chapter-wise weightage and trend analysis are Current Electricity, Semiconductors &amp; Diodes, Kinematics, and Ray Optics. These important chapters contributed 31-36 questions in the overall question pool. The associated weightage of these key chapters is 6%.
