This year there is no change in the pattern and it remains the same like last year. As per the latest NEET exam pattern each correct question will be given +4 marks and 1 mark will be deducted for a wrong answer. The subject-wise marking scheme includes 45 marks for both Physics and Chemistry and 90 marks in Biology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Total Question in the NEET exam will be 180 as per the pattern. Students will have 3 hours or 180 minutes to complete the test paper. In the previous years NEET paper, a section B was present which comprised optional questions. This old format based section B has been eliminated in the latest NEET exam pattern. As per the latest NEET paper pattern 2026, candidates have to answer mandatory 180 questions in 3 hours with no extra time given.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Students must familiarize themselves with the distribution of marks and questions to align the NEET preparation. Understanding the NEET exam pattern helps in building strategy to attempt questions and determining how much time do we need to allocate per question.
