The domestic average of the compensation received by the students who were offered general management roles was INR 18,51,113 per annum for the 2018-2020 batch.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>IIM Bangalore<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>There were 432 students in the batch of 2018-2020 at IIM Bangalore. They were provided 518 offers during the final placements season. The average domestic salary was INR 26,18,000 per annum. 13% of the total offers made during this season was made in General Management sector.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li>IIM Calcutta<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>There were 444 students in the batch of 2018-2020 at IIM Calcutta. They were provided 498 offers during the final placements season. The average salary was at INR 27,80,000 per annum. 19% of total offers were provided in general management and operations sector. The average salary for general management during this season was at INR 23,20,000. And the maximum salary offered for the students in general management was at INR 50,00,000.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li>IIM Lucknow<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>IIM Lucknow saw 100% placements for its batch of 2018-2020 with 443 students. 447 offers were provided. Companies such as Aditya Birla Group, Reliance Industries, RPG group, TAS recruited students for general management profiles. 13% of total offers were made in the general management domain.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li>IIM Kozhikode<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>IIM Kozhikode closed final placements in just 5 days for its batch of 2018-2020. 413 students participated in the process. The average compensation offered in general management was INR 21,64,000 per annum. Average CTC was at INR 25,60,000 per annum. A total of 72 offers were provided in consulting\/general management, of which 25 were pre-placement offers.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"8\">\n<li>MDI<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>MDI Gurgaon successfully completed its final placements for the batch of 2018-2020 with 239 students in PGPM, 60 students in PGP-IM, 60 students in PGP-HRM. The average salary for the batch was INR 22,05,000 per annum for the batch. The major recruiters in General management &amp; consulting domain during this placements season were Accenture, JSW group, Hinduja Group, Reliance Industries.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"9\">\n<li>IIM Trichy<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>IIM Trichy completed its placements season for the batch of 2018-2020. 119 companies participated in the process. 186 offers were provided in total for the 173 students at IIM Trichy during this placements season. Average CTC was at INR 14,96,000 per annum for the batch. 7% of the students at IIM Trichy had work experience in general management.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"10\">\n<li>ISB<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>ISB had a good placements season for its 890 students of the class of 2020. The 80% mean for the students of class of 2020 was INR 25,06,434. A total of 1504 offers were provided. 16% of the total offers were provided in general management\/ strategic planning function for the students during this placements season.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"11\">\n<li>XLRI Jamshedpur<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>XLRI Jamshedpur completed a successful placements season for its batch of 2018-2020 which had 359 students. The finals placements process this season concluded in just 2 days. 108 recruiters participated in the process and 362 offers were provided to the students. This season also saw 24 new recruiters who participated in the process. The average salary offered was at INR 24,30,000 per annum. Corporates like Aditya Birla Group, Mahindra, Capgemini, Reliance, Xiaomi provided roles in general management. The coveted TAS role was also offered to the students of XLRI.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"12\">\n<li>IIFT<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>IIFT saw a good final placements season for its batch 2018-2020 which had a total strength of 321 students. 107 recruiters participated in the process and extended 10 international offers as well. The average compensation was INR 20,48,000 per annum. General Management roles were offered by corporates like Mahindra &amp; Mahindra, Axis Bank, RPG, Airtel, Reliance. INR 18,10,000 was the average salary provided during this placements season. 41 pre-placement offers were also provided to the students. INR 29,00,000 was the highest salary offered in the placements season.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"14\">\n<li>Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>JBIMS had 125 students in its batch of 2018-2020. 60 Pre-placement offers or pre-placement interviews were offered to the students. 65 companies participated in the process. Average CTC was INR 22,84,000 per annum. 19% of the total offers provided were in technology and e-commerce sector. 7% of the total offers were provided in Manufacturing and conglomerates sector. JSW, Tata Steel, Reliance industries offered roles to the students. Amazon, Byju\u2019s, Grofers, LTI, TCS, WIPRO provided roles in general management, sales and marketing and in operations.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"15\">\n<li>SIBM, Pune (Percentage of PPOs is ambiguous)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>SIBM, Pune completed its final placements process for its batch of 2018-2020. Over 90 companies participated in the process. The students received 87 pre-placement offers. The average CTC was INR 20,14,000 per annum. Aditya Birla, ABInBev, Adani, Capgemini offered roles to the students.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"16\">\n<li>NITIE, Mumbai<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>NITIE had 414 students in its class of 2020. There were 121 recruiters who participated in the final placements process and there were 19 new recruiters. The average salary offered was INR 20,88,000 per annum. The students also received 130 PPOs. 17% of the offers were provided in the manufacturing sector. INR 19,90,000 per annum was the average salary in this sector. INR 24,00,000 was the highest salary in this sector. There was an increase in roles offered in general management by corporates. ACT, IDFC Bank, Axis, Reliance offered general management roles.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"17\">\n<li>DoMS, IIT Madras<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>DoMS, IIT Madras had 48 students in the batch of 2018-2020. The number of students who participated in the placements drive was 44. 25% of the students received PPOs. 3 international offers were also provided. The highest salary provided was INR 29,02,000 per annum. The average salary provided was INR 14,38,000 per annum. The highest salary was INR 29,02,000 per annum.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"18\">\n<li>SP Jain Institute of Management and Research<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>SPJIMR successfully completed the final placements process for 238 students of the PGDM class of 2020. 122 companies participated in the process and there were also 44 recruiters who participated for the first time. The average salary was INR 26,36,000 per annum. Highest Domestic CTC was INR 38,57,000 per annum and for international the highest was INR 58,61,000 per annum. Average CTC was at INR 18,33,000 per annum. 20% of the total general management offers were offered in Auto, conglomerates, manufacturing, oil and gas sector. 13% were offered in BFSI sector. 17% of total general management offers were offered in FMCG sector.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"20\">\n<li>IIM Shillong<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>IIM Shillong had 175 students in its batch of 2018-2020. 170 students participated in the process. 185 offers were provided by 60 recruiters to the students. INR 18,76,000 per annum was the average salary offered. INR 48,50,000 per annum was the highest salary that was offered to the students. 8% of the total offers were provided in general management domain. INR 24,00,000 per annum was the highest salary provided in this domain.
