They were provided 518 offers during the final placements season. The average domestic compensation provided during this placements season was INR 26,18,000 per annum. McKinsey &amp; Company provided 11 Pre Placement offers.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Boston Consulting group provided 15 Pre Placement offers. Bain &amp; Company provided 15 Pre Placement Offers. 37% of total offers were provided in the Management consulting sector.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"IIM_Calcutta\"><\/span><strong>IIM Calcutta<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Indian Institute of Management Calcutta had 44 students in its 55<sup>th<\/sup> batch 2018-2020. The students received 498 offers in the final placements season. The average salary was INR 27,80,000 per annum. The average for consulting during this season was INR 28,00,000. And the maximum salary offered for the students in consulting was INR 36,00,000.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>19% of total offers were provided in management consulting.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"IIM_Lucknow\"><\/span><strong>IIM Lucknow<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Indian Institute of Management Lucknow had 443 students in the batch of 2018-2020. 447 offers were provided. In the consulting domain, 147 total offers were provided to the students. 32% of total offers were in strategy\/consulting.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Capgemini, Deloitte, Ernst and Young, BCG, and McKinsey were a few of the recruiters in consulting domain.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"IIM_Kozhikode\"><\/span><strong>IIM Kozhikode<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>IIM Kozhikode closed final placements in just 5 days for its batch of 2018-2020. 413 students participated in the process. The average compensation offered in consulting was INR 23,75,000 per annum. Average CTC was at INR 25,60,000 per annum.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A total of 72 offers were provided in consulting\/general management, of which 25 were pre-placement offers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"8\">\n<li>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"MDI\"><\/span><strong>MDI<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>MDI Gurgaon successfully completed its final placements for the batch of 2018-2020 with 239 students in PGPM, 60 students in PGP-IM, and 60 students in PGP-HRM. The average salary for the batch was INR 22,05,000 per annum for the batch.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Deloitte USI, McKinsey Digital and PwC US advisory offered coveted roles to the students during this placements season. 16 offers were in consulting for PGP-HRM students. 59 offers were in the consulting domain for PGPM and PGP-IM students during this placements season.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"9\">\n<li>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"IIM_Trichy\"><\/span><strong>IIM Trichy<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>IIM Trichy completed its placements season for the batch of 2018-2020. 119 companies participated in the process. 186 offers were provided in total for the 173 students at IIM Trichy during this placements season. Average CTC was at INR 14,96,000 per annum for the batch. 38% of the total offers were provided in consulting and analytics sector.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Associate consultant, Consultant \u2013 Functional management, Consultant- Business strategy, and SAP Consultant were a few of the roles offered to the students.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"10\">\n<li>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Indian_School_of_Business_ISB\"><\/span><strong>Indian School of Business (ISB)<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>ISB had a good placements season for its 890 students of the class of 2020. The 80% mean for the students of the class of 2020 was INR 25,06,434. A total of 1504 offers were provided.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>23% of the total offers provided were in the consulting function.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"11\">\n<li>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"XLRI_Jamshedpur\"><\/span><strong>XLRI Jamshedpur<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>XLRI Jamshedpur completed a successful placements season for its batch of 2018-2020 which had 359 students. The finals placements process this season concluded in just 2 days. 108 recruiters participated in the process and 362 offers were provided to the students. This season also saw 24 new recruiters who participated in the process. The average salary offered was INR 24,30,000 per annum. 26% of the total offers were provided by consulting firms.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Reputed firms like McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Accenture Strategy, Deloitte, KPMG, and AON are a few of the consulting firms which participated in the process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"12\">\n<li>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"IIFT\"><\/span><strong>IIFT<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>IIFT saw a good final placements season for its batch 2018-2020 which had a total strength of 321 students. 107 recruiters participated in the process and extended 10 international offers as well. The average compensation was INR 20,48,000 per annum. McKinsey, Roland Berger, and Bain Capability Network offered consulting roles to the students.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cognizant Business Consulting and Infosys Consulting offered consulting and analytics roles.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"13\">\n<li>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"VGSOM_IIT_Kharagpur\"><\/span><strong>VGSOM, IIT Kharagpur<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Vinod Gupta School of Management had 126 students in the batch of 2018-2020. 125 students participated in the final placement process. 70 recruiters were part of the process.
