He was of the impression this is a maths-dominated exam where he won\u2019t have any difficulty getting a decent score. VARC, too, in his mind, would be something of a passage-based QnA with a higher level than he did in school. However, things changed drastically once he gave his first mock examination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-initially-varc-is-a-true-struggle-for-cat-topper-99-99-ile-to-iim-bangalore-convert\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Initially_VARC_is_a_True_Struggle_for_CAT_Topper_9999ile_To_IIM_Bangalore_Convert\"><\/span><strong>Initially VARC is a True Struggle for CAT Topper (99.99%ile) To IIM Bangalore Convert<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Verbal Ability &amp; Reading Comprehension was a real mess for the topper when he started his preparation. Initially he was little unaware and simply not ready for the kind of reasoning and understanding that he needed to attempt even one of the questions. For him, the preparation itself had its highs and lows. From days scoring 120s in mocks to merely getting one RC right, it was a roller coaster. The lowest points were even lower. Overthinking, stress, anxiety and a million other things in mind; what kept him motivated was always trying to see the bright side. Friends and families also motivated me to do my best. Topper Journeys at iQuanta gave him a true vision, and he kept going. OTTs were also a constant source of support for Vinayak during his journey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Talking about his CAT 2025 result, he successfully scored the 99.47 percentile in VARC, 99.97 in Data Interpretation &amp; Logical Reasoning and 99.97 in Quantitative Ability. Overall saying the performance of a CAT topper, Vinayak Agarwal, is truly impressive due to an overall 99.99%ile in the final examination and especially now to the final conversion to IIM Bangalore.
