Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow (IIM Lucknow) has released the admit cards for CAT 2018 examination today at 1:00 pm i.e., Wednesday, October 24, 2018 on their official website-iimcat.ac.in.
This year, 2.41 Lakh students registered for CAT 2018. There is a spike of 10,000 candidates as compared to last year. In CAT 2017, 20 students scored 100%ile in the exam. This year it maybe 21 or 22.

CAT will be conducted in centers spread across around 147 test cities. Test cities will be mentioned in CAT website and the name of the test centre will be indicated in the Admit Card.
The candidates can download the admit cards from October 24, 2018 to November 25, 2018 from the official website, the link for the same is given above.
CAT 2018 IMPORTANT DATES
CAT 2018 Exam pattern
The examination will be of 180 minutes and candidates will be allotted 60 minutes for answering questions in each section and they will be restricted to switch from one section to another. The questions will be in three sections —
1) Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension
2) Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning
3) Quantitative Ability
CAT 2018 ELIGIBILITY
The candidate must hold a Bachelor’s Degree, with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA (45% in case of the candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Persons With Disability (PWD) categories], awarded by any University or educational institution or possess an equivalent qualification recognized by the Government of India.
The percentage of marks obtained by the candidate would be calculated based on the practice as followed by the respective University/Institution.
CAT 2018 Mock Test
IIM Calcutta has released the mock test for CAT 2018. Through the mock test available, candidates can check the test pattern. Students will have an overview of how to take the test on the exam day. The mock does not pre-define the types or number of questions that will come in exam. The mock test is just available to get adapted to the test environment.

What’s New in CAT 2018 Admit Card?
CAT 2018 admit card has issued with a few changes this year. Candidates will find the following new things on the admit card.
Reference Number – Candidates will find the reference number instead of Test System Number. It will help to find the test wing/ lab etc on the exam day.
Locate Test Centre on Google Maps – IIM has provided the facility via direct to locate test centre on the google maps.
