IPMAT Cutoff: Aptitude Test Score Calculation

Here are the steps for calculating the composite score for the IPMAT exam:

  • Quantitative Section(MCQ) Section Scores: 25 X (candidate’s score – Minimum score) (Maximum score – Minimum score)
  • Quantitative Section(SA) Section Scores: 25 X (candidate’s score – Minimum score) (Maximum score – Minimum score)
  • Verbal Ability Section Scores: 50 X (candidate’s score – Minimum score) (Maximum score – Minimum score)

Note: Maximum and minimum scores are the highest and lowest scores obtained in respective sections by the students from the eligible pool. The candidates will obtain the total score in the exam by summing the scores they receive in all three sections and the IPMAT cutoff will be decided accordingly.
