Final Placement
IIM Indore’s final IPMAT placement of the MBA batch of 2021-23 comprised of 568 students from its two-year Post Graduate Programme and five-year Integrated Programme in Management. Over 160 recruiters participated this season including 80 first time recruiters. Strong participation was exhibited by companies from diverse industries such as BFSI, Conglomerate, Real Estate, Consulting, Consumer Goods, E-commerce, Healthcare, Logistics & Manufacturing, Technology, Media & Telecommunications, Utilities & Renewables.
- The highest package offered at IIM Indore IPMAT placement stood at 1.14 crores per annum, observing an astounding increase of 132.6% from last year
- The average package of the batch stood at 30.21 LPA, witnessing a steep increase of 20.8% from the previous year.
- The median compensation stood at 27.20 LPA, a significant growth of 12.9% as compared to the last year.

IIM Rohtak’s summer placements stood at
- Highest stipend stood at 2.5 lakh, same as previous year.
- Average stipend stood at INR 99,100, an astounding increase of 38.88%.

IIM Rohtak continues to witness 100% placement record comprising of 237 students in the IPMAT placement season. More than 120 recruiters participated out of which 45 were first time recruiters like GAIL, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Axis Bank, Wells Fargo, Barclays and many more.
- The highest domestic package for IPMAT placement at IIM Rohtak stood at 36 LPA, a 16.7% increase in comparison to previous year.
- Whereas the average CTC stood at 18.73 LPA.

IIM Jammu also witnessed an overwhelming response from the industry for summer interns. The batch of 252 students was placed in 116 companies, recruiters like PepsiCo, ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, Aditya Birla Capital, Adani Group, Tech Mahindra, PNB Metlife, Tata Elxsi, Zycus, Shoppers Stop, Schneider Electric, Adani Wilmar participated in the process.
