The most awaited IPMAT exam, the IPMAT Indore, its exam’s notification is out. The IPMAT Indore exam will be conducted on 23rd May 2024. The IPMAT Indore as you all know is the toughest IPMAT exam which is conducted by IIM Indore. It is the only IPMAT exam where there is a sectional cutoff, meaning irrespective of the total score, the candidates have to clear a sectional cutoff set for that year. IPMAT Indore Eligibility Criteria

The IIM Indore has updated its IPMAT eligibility criteria in its IPMAT Indore 2024 Application form. The following is the minimum age and percentage required to be eligible for the IPMAT Indore exam:-

• Age Criteria- The Maximum age of a General/OBC/EWS student should not be more than 20 years of age or they shouldn’t be born before 1 August 2004. The Maximum age of a SC/ST/PwD candidate should not be more than 25 years of age or they shouldn’t be born before 1 August 1999.
• Minimum Percentage- This year they haven’t mentioned any minimum percentage in their eligibility criteria. Earlier it used to be 60% for General/OBC/EWS candidates and 55% for SC/ST/PwD candidates.

IPMAT Indore Exam Pattern

According to the IPMAT Indore 2024 Notification, the IPMAT Indore exam is going to have 3 sections, and the following is the IPMAT Exam Pattern:-

• The IPMAT Indore 2024 will be having a sectional cutoff.
• There will be no sectional cutoff in the Quants SA section.
• Higher mathematics will be there in this exam.
• Logical Reasoning is a part of this exam.

IPMAT Indore Exam Syllabus

IPMAT Indore Past Cutoffs

The total mark of the IPMAT Indore exam is 360 marks, for the past 2 years the cutoffs are generally around 50% of the whole paper, for the year 2023, the cutoffs were 176 marks, and for the year 2022, it was 172 marks.
