Candidates who will appear in the upcoming NEET UG 2025 exam must reach the test centre timely on the examination day. It will help them complete all the pre-exam formalities without any hassles or rush. The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET UG 2025) is scheduled on May 4, 2025 from 02:00 PM to 05:00 PM. NEET Exam Timings 2025

NEET exam timings have been specified by NTA, allowing candidates to plan their exam day efficiently. This medical entrance exam will be conducted for 180 minutes. The exam centre for the NEET UG 2025 will be opened three hours before the test begins, and aspirants will not be permitted to enter the NEET test centre after 1:30 pm. So, they will have to leave home in advance, after considering different parameters such as traffic, centre location and weather conditions, etc. They cannot use or promote any unfair means during the entrance exam. Candidates will have to cooperate with the staff at the test centre during Frisking. They shall report at the designated exam centre on time to complete compulsory physical frisking. NEET Exam Rules and Dress Code

After knowing the NEET exam timings, aspirants must also follow all the NEET exam rules and dress code in order to be allowed to appear in the exam. Here are a few important NEET exam day guidelines listed below:

  • It is mandatory to bring the NEET admit card along with a passport-size photograph, valid ID proof and other documents to the test centre.
  • They must not carry any prohibited items like textual material, Mobile Phone, Bluetooth, Earphones, Wallet, Watch/Wristwatch, etc to the test centre.
  • They must follow the NEET dress code rules prescribed by the exam authorities. Heavy clothes and/or long sleeves are not allowed. However, if aspirants come in cultural/ customary dress at the test centre, they must report latest by 12.30 pm to get sufficient time for proper frisking. Slippers, sandals with low heels are allowed. Shoes are not allowed.
  • Cheating, misbehaviour, or using any other unfair means during the examination may lead to the disqualification of your candidature.
