  • Aspirants must visit the official website of the consortium of NLUS, where they will find the official link to fill out the application form.

Selection Criteria for Candidates at WBNUJS Kolkata 

WBNUJS Kolkata provides both undergraduate and postgraduate programs for its candidates. The eligibility for the programs is mentioned below:

B.A. LL.B (Hons.)

  • For this program, aspirants must have cleared their 10+2 or equivalent examination from any of the recognised boards. The minimum marks required for General/OBC/EWS category students is 45%, while candidates from SC/ST category require at least 40% aggregate marks to be eligible for the examination. 
  • Candidates must clear the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) to get into WBNUJS Kolkata. 
  • There is no upper age limit for the CLAT Examination to get into WBNUJS Kolkata. 

LL.M. 

  • For this program, aspirants must have completed their LL.B. Degree from any of the recognised universities under the Bar Council of India. The minimum marks required for General/OBC/EWS category students is 50%, while candidates from SC/ST category require at least 45% aggregate marks to be eligible for the examination. 
  • There is no age restriction for this program. Aspirants can pursue this course at any age. 
  • Candidates must clear the Common Law Admission Test PG Examination to pursue this course. 

Reservation Criteria for Candidates at WBNUJS Kolkata
