CAT Cutoff 2025: The CAT 2025 result is finally out! Eligible candidates will be shortlisted by the IIMs based on their CAT scores and other eligibility criteria. The CAT 2025 cutoffs are the minimum percentile that a candidate must obtain to be shortlisted for the further admission stages in IIMs and top B-schools. The CAT Cutoffs 2025 are usually declared in two phases: shortlisting and final cutoffs. Aspirants must note that fulfilling the minimum CAT cutoff percentile does not ensure MBA admission for the 2026-28 batch. 

The final admission depends on your CAT scores, academic records, work experience, diversity factors and WAT-GD-PI scores. There is no fixed percentile that guarantees MBA admission. Admission also depends heavily on your overall profile, especially your work experience. For example, it is entirely possible that a fresher may not get admission even with a 99.9 percentile. CAT Cutoff 2025

Many IIMs have released the overall and sectional CAT cutoff percentile. These cutoffs are mainly used to shortlist candidates for the next stages of the admission process for the MBA 2026-28 batch. CAT cutoff varies across IIMs. The minimum CAT cut off percentile for IIM Ahmedabad, IIM Bangalore, and IIM Calcutta ranges between 85-95 for the general category. The CAT 2025 cutoff of the general category is higher compared to those from reserved categories. Similarly, other top B-schools also release the CAT cutoff percentile to shortlist candidates for further MBA admission process. Many IIMs have announced category-wise CAT cutoff percentiles for all sections. Those who clear the cutoff marks along with other eligibility criteria will be called to appear for WAT-GD-PI rounds. Factors Affecting CAT Cutoff Scores
