What is the IPMAT exam?

IPMAT stands for Integrated Programme in Management Aptitude Test, which is divided across IPMAT Indore, IPMAT Rohtak and JIPMAT. Every year approximately 30,000 candidates appear for the same. Talking about the difficulty level of this exam, IPMAT Indore possesses a moderate difficulty level in comparison to both IPMAT Rohtak and JIPMAT. IPMAT Indore is conducted by IIM Indore, IPMAT Rohtak is conducted by IIM Rohtak and JIPMAT is conducted by NTA (National Testing Agency). These three exams are important for candidates to directly admitted to selected IIMs directly after class 12th. The detailed exam pattern of IPMAT Indore, IPMAT Rohtak and JIPMAT is specified in the table given below.

4. The Quants short answer section is in TITA (Type In The Answer) format.
5. This exam has a sectional cutoff and a sectional time limit too.
6. IPMAT Indore also has Higher Mathematics (maths of classes 11 and 12).
