1st Month

• The candidates can start their preparation by reading newspapers such as “The Hindu”
• Should have a habit of studying GK and Current Affairs in order to stay updated with the ongoing events of the world.
• Also they must go through the Legal topics to get hold on constitutional law
• Additionally they can take a mock test and understand their weak and strong areas
• They should start revising fundamental concepts of every subject

2nd Month 

• The candidates can continue their preparation with GK topics such as environment, geography, history
• They must also keep in mind the legal topics such as contract act, criminal law, etc
• They should develop a habit of practicing daily as just reading will not help. 

3rd Month 

Finally, in the 3rd month they should complete their GK and Legal Aptitude preparation. Then they must appear for various sectional tests to know the status of their preparation in these two areas. Time management is an important key and hence its not only about solving but solving with accuracy.

4th Month 

• In this month, they can start their maths, verbal and Logical Reasoning preparation
• In maths, they can start with basic maths, averages, ratio and proportions, speed and distance and Time
• In English, they can start by practicing reading comprehension, direct and indirect speech, cloze test, basic grammars, idioms and phrases. 
• For the logical reasoning section, the candidates are required to focus on blood relations, analogies, puzzles, direction problems, syllogism, inference and judgement, clocks and calendar, coding and decoding.
• They must solve atleast 3 sectionals per week for each of these subjects to maintain accuracy

5th Month 

• By this month, they must complete their maths, verbal and Logical Reasoning syllabus
• In Maths section, they must complete their topics such as fraction, percentage, profit and loss, time and work, simple and compound interest
• In the English section, they must focus on topics such as active and passive voice, fill in the blanks, error spotting, one word substitution, sentence improvements. 
• In the logical reasoning section, candidates must focus on assertion and reasoning, cause and effect, statement and assumptions, weakening arguments, etc)
• Prepare a revision notebook to go through the important formulae before the actual exam

6th Month 

• Finally, in this month the candidates can start their revision and solve previous year papers
• With this they must revise GK and legal aptitude topics
• They must memorize important formulae to ace the maths section
• It is very important for them to take 2 full length mock tests in a week and make sure they are able to complete the paper within the time limit
• Along With this they should maintain a daily habit of revision 

7th Month

• Candidates must continue with 2 mocks per week and then gradually reduce the frequency to not feel overburdened
• Revision is a must during this time 
• Go through the mock tests solutions which they went wrong and was not upto the mark
