IIT Kanpur has officially announced the JEE Advanced 2025 results on its website, jeeadv.ac.in. Candidates can now access their results by logging in with their JEE Advanced 2025 roll number, date of birth, and registered mobile number. Those marked as “qualified” and who have received a rank are eligible to register for JoSAA counselling 2025, which begins on June 3.
The result link is live and available on this page and the official portal. The list of JEE Advanced 2025 toppers has also been released along with the results. Rajit Gupta from the IIT Delhi zone has secured AIR 1, followed by Saksham Jindal (AIR 2). This year ,around 54,378 candidates have qualified for admission to IIT out of 1,87,223 registered, with 1,80,442 appearing for both Paper 1 and Paper 2.

JEE Advanced 2025 Cutoff Drops by 35 Marks
In 2025, the JEE Advanced cutoff marks have seen a noticeable decline across all categories compared to the previous year. The minimum percentage required for inclusion in the rank list is now 20.56% for Common Rank List (CRL), 18.50% for both GEN- EWS and OBC- NCL categories, 10.28% for SC, ST and PwD candidates, and 5.14% for Preparatory Courses rank list.
In contrast, the JEE Advanced 2024 cutoff saw an increase, with 30.34% for CRL, 27.30% for GEN- EWS and OBC- NCL, 15.17% for SC/ST/PwD, and 7.58% for the Preparatory list, indicating a year- on- year drop in cutoff percentages in 2025.
