Eligibility Criteria at NLU Jodhpur

NLU Jodhpur provides both undergraduate and postgraduate programs for its candidates. The eligibility for the programs is mentioned below:

B.A. LL.B (Hons.)

  • For this program, aspirants must have cleared their 10+2 or equivalent examination from any of the recognised boards. The minimum marks required for General/OBC/EWS category students is 45%, while candidates from SC/ST category require at least 40% aggregate marks to be eligible for the examination. 
  • Candidates must clear the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) to get into NLU Jodhpur. 
  • There is no upper age limit for the CLAT Examination to get into NLU Jodhpur. 

LL.M. 

  • For this program, aspirants must have completed their LL.B. Degree from any of the recognised universities under the Bar Council of India. The minimum marks required for General/OBC/EWS category students is 50%, while candidates from SC/ST category require at least 45% aggregate marks to be eligible for the examination. 
  • There is no age restriction for this program. Aspirants can pursue this course at any age. 
  • Candidates must clear the Common Law Admission Test PG Examination to pursue this course.
