Among the top IIITs, IIITM Gwalior had high cutoffs, with the last rank for open category being 7,835. Other categories like EWS closed at 1,053, OBC at 3,233, SC at 1,905, and ST at 933. CSE cutoff 2025 of IIIT Jabalpur also had a good rank with open closing at 13,297 and ST at 1,619. IIITDM Kancheepuram had the open cutoff at 16,711 and ST at 1,805. These are among the more competitive IIITs. Some IIITs had much lower cutoffs. For example, IIIT Manipur had the highest open closing rank at 48,986, while IIIT Kalyani, IIIT Agartala, and IIIT Bhagalpur had open ranks above 37,000. This means students with lower JEE Main ranks could get admission there. Mid-level IIITs like IIIT Pune, IIIT Nagpur, and IIIT Surat had open cutoffs between 17,000 to 26,000. IIIT Una, IIIT Sonepat, and IIITDM Kurnool had cutoffs around 27,000 to 30,000. IIIT Guwahati, IIIT Vadodara, and IIIT Kota had open cutoffs between 19,000 to 24,000. IIIT Bhopal, IIIT Sri City, IIIT Trichy, and IIIT Raichur also had similar ranks around 24,000 to 31,000. The international campus of IIIT Vadodara (IIITVICD) had its open cutoff at 31,524.
