NEET Exam Date 2026: Eligibility

To be eligible for the NEET 2026 exam, aspirants must be at least 17 years old by 31st December, 2026. NTA has 17 years as the minimum age bar but there is no maximum age limit. Certain academic qualifications and minimum marks requirements are provided below.

  • Students have to attain the minimum age of 17 years by the last day of the year of examination.

  • General students must attain minimum 50% marks while OBC/SC/ST students must secure 40% marks and General PwD students shall score 45% marks in the last qualifying exam.
