Who is CAT Topper Jytri Veeramachaneni?
Jytri Veeramachaneni is a MBBS graduate and she wanted to pursue an MBA about three years ago, when she was in her third year of college. But for her it is very hard decision to make as well as to explain to people because a doctor getting into management is not something very conventional. She has finally started preparing for the Common Admission Test (CAT exam) in August 2023 after her graduation. Later, with her dedication, consistency, and application classes of iQuanta, she scored 99.11%ile and received calls from IIM Ahmedabad, IIM Lucknow, IIM Kozhikode and IIM Indore.
CAT Topper Journey: From CAT Preparation to IIM Ahmedabad (99.11%ile)
CAT Topper Jytri was a full time MBBS student when she has planned to start preparing for the CAT examination but being from MBBS background, she found it a very hard decision to make as well as explain to people because a doctor getting into management is something very conventional. But later after completing her graduation, she has started preparing for the CAT exam in August. In the beginning, she was scared about doing good in the Quantitative Ability section, because she was being out of touch with Math for the past eight years. She had practiced with the iQuanta’s application classes and covering good practice questions which helped her getting the highest percentile in QA section among all three. On the day of examination, she got three questions wrong in the LRDI section due to exam pressure which has resulted slightly lower percentile in the Logical Reasoning & Data Interpretation section than she hoped for.
She scored 99.11%ile and received calls from various IIMs (Indian Institutes of Management) like IIM Ahmedabad, IIM Kozhikode, IIM Lucknow and IIM Indore. She also enrolled in the interview prep program with iQuanta.
The first interview she ever gave in her entire life was for IIM Ahmedabad and she went super nervous because she knew it was her best call and she really wanted to convert it.
