Here are a number of the experiences shared by candidates interviewed in 2022:

Questions Asked at SIBM Pune Interview:

  • Tell me about yourself and your work experience.
  • Why MBA? you’ll be able to also do a web course?
  • What specialisation does one want to study?
  • How will marketing facilitate your current organisation?
  • Can you tell us a couple of situations where you’ve shown creativity?
  • Tell us about the challenges you faced during your work-ex.
  • So, you have got to work on a project, does one know about project management?

Study this list of popular and regularly asked interview questions before time so you’ll always be able to answer them confidently.

Here is the most significant principle: don’t dump the whole history of your career (and especially your personal life). Prepare a brief and convincing answer that may implicitly show exactly why you’re the proper person for the program. First, tell your interviewers about two or three specific achievements or projects that present you in the most favourable light, so explain how this experience will facilitate you in your new place. In general, the interviewer wants to determine how you demonstrated leadership and development, not just the roles you’ve undertaken, but also why. It’s especially important to touch on the business or management, integration, and cooperation skills you possess.

One of the underlying concerns for Executive MBA admissions is whether or not your motives justify your inclusion within the Executive MBA program. The interviewer may explore through the answer for more precisely defined objectives. You may be asked, “What are your personal and professional motivations for pursuing an Executive MBA?”

What Response is Anticipated From You?

The interviewers want to grasp that your strengths are fully according to the program you’re applying for and that your weaknesses won’t prevent you from successfully performing your duties. They also evaluate your honesty and self-confidence by observing the way you speak about yourself, an action not so common in our daily lives.

Be Presentable and Understand How to Reply in an Interview

Wear professional attire, understand the audience, have a working knowledge about what the interviewers want from their applicants, and are available and prepared to debate personal and professional achievements. These classic interview questions by top consulting firms are meant purely to gauge your intellect and reasoning process. they require you to work out how you’re thinking and measure your ability at concluding cogent and meaningful ways.
