MAHCET full form is Maharashtra Common Entrance Test. It is a national level entrance exam used for admission into a 2-year full-time PGDM/MBA/MMS course at government colleges and universities in Maharashtra. MAH MBA CET exam date 2026 has been announced. The exam will be conducted between 6th to 8th April, 2026. ITs second attempt is scheduled for 9th May, 2026. The MAHCET registration deadline is 12th February, 2026 but its payment can be made on the next day also, i.e., 13th February, 2026. 

Application fee for MAH CET 2026 is ₹1500 for open category and ₹1300 for reserved. MAH CET 2026 Admit Card will be released a few days before the exam. Maharashtra’s MAHCET exam frequency was once a year but it has been revised in 2025. Now, the exam will be held twice a year. MAH CET Application Fee 2026

MAH MBA CET exam requires a nominal examination fee to be paid by the candidate before the aforementioned deadline. Non-payment of application fee will result in cancellation of your registration. To sit for the exam, it is compulsory to submit the application form processing fee online. Payment can be done through internet banking, IMPS, UPI, Credit Card, Debit Card, Mobile Wallet and so on. The MAH CET application fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

How to Fill MAHCET Application Form 2026

The application form filling process is online for the MAHCET exam 2026. Official information related to the exam and the user manual for online form is uploaded on the mahacet.org website. Here is the step by step process for filling the MAHCET application form 2026.

  • Visit www.mahacet.org and login using your email ID and password
  • Enter your Email ID, Password, Confirm Password, Mobile Number and Date of Birth on the Registration page. 
  • Click on ‘register’ and follow the email verification process.
  • After email verification, complete Aadhaar ID and APAAR ID authentication through Digilocker
  • Enter required details and proceed to the ‘Aadhaar OTP verified’ stage.
  • Open Digilocker and share the access for Aadhar Card and APAAR ID.
  • Enter personal details like your name, father’s name, mother’s name, gender, religion, etc.
  • Enter Address details like address line 1, address line 2, state, district, etc.
  • Enter other details such as disability type (if any), domiciled, SSC passing year, etc.
  • Enter category details, qualification details and preferred exam districts for the MAH MBA CET exam.
  • Pay the application form fee and await confirmation status.
  • Print application form.

MAH CET Marking Scheme 2026

It is important to know the MAH CET marking scheme 2026 as it helps understand the number of questions and marks per question. Once you know this, you can easily figure out how to solve questions for maximum marks. The Logical Reasoning (LR) section has the highest number of questions carrying 1 mark each. Maximum marks for the LR section are 75. Least marks are associated with the Abstract Reasoning section (25 marks total). MAH CET Result 2026

The MAH CET result 2026 will be announced after completion of the first and the second attempts scheduled for April and May 2026. For computation of results, the State CET Cell converts the raw (actual) marks obtained by each candidate into percentile scores. This is done to ensure fairness in marking across multiple shifts.
