How to Check and Download CUET 2026 Answer Key?

Candidates can download their provisional answer key for CUET 2026 in the following manner:

Step 1: Visit the NTA official website – cuet.nta.nic.in.

Step 2: Scroll down to Candidate Activity and click on ‘Answer Key Challenge for CUET(UG) – 2026’

Step 3: A window ‘Common University Entrance Test CUET UG – 2026’ will pop up.

Step 4: Fill in your CUET 2026 application number and password.

Step 5: Enter CAPTCHA as shown below

Step 6: Click on ‘Login’ and your answer key will be displayed.

CUET 2026 Provisional Answer Key Challenge – Important Timelines

Steps to Challenge the Provisional Answer Key for CUET UG 2026

Step 1: Go to the NTA official website – cuet.nta.nic.in.

Step 2: Click on ‘Challenge (s) regarding Answer Key’.

Step 3: Log in using your CUET 2026 login credentials.

Step 4: Click on the ‘View Question Paper’ tab to check your marked responses

Step 5: To challenge the Answer Keys, click on the link ‘Click to View/Challenge Answer Key’

Step 6: Candidates need to refer to the question paper and match it against the Question IDs listed in the Answer Key.

Step 7: The ID against the question under the column ‘Correct Option(s) is the correct answer key to the question.

Step 8: To challenge the given answer, click on the box against the other option IDs, which you think is correct.

Step 9: Upload the supporting documents by clicking on ‘Choose File’. Select the file and upload.

Step 10: Next, scroll to the bottom and click on ‘Submit and Review Claims’.

Step 11: You’ll be directed to the next screen where you can see the list of option IDs selected against the answer keys challenged.

Step 12: In case of any modification, click on ‘Modify Your Claims’.

Step 13: Next, click on ‘Final Submit’.

Step 14: Pay the requisite fees by clicking on ‘Pay Now’. Rs 200 for each claim. The claims will be recorded only after successful payment of the fee.

Step 15: The acceptable modes of payment are Debit/Credit Card/Net Banking/UPI.
