Key Placement Highlights from the recent years

MICA is the only institute in Asia dedicated to creating leadership in Strategic Marketing and Communication. MICA saw grand success in its final placements season yet again, with a 6% increase in the average CTC and an 11% increase in the median CTC. The highest CTC for the PGDM batch of 2023 stood at Rs.36 Lakhs and the average CTC was Rs. 20 Lakhs. Analytics, BFSI 7 Consulting sector saw the highest number of offers followed by FMCG and IT/ITeS. Some of the top recruiters were BOAT, 4700 BC, Accenture, Adani, Gartner, Amul, Beardo, CleverTop, Coca-Cola, ITC, Royal Enfield among other.

Summer Placement

The Post Graduate students go through the summer placement process after the completion of their first year. You will have to intern in a company for two months before joining the final year PGP. The batch of 2024, saw a 100% successful summer placement in Strategic Marketing and Communications. Around 202 students participated and some of the roles offered to them were Analytics, B2B Sales Management, General Management, Product Development, Market Research, Content Marketing, Branding and Communication among others.
