Here is the step-by-step guide for SNAP registration 2026:
Step 1 (SNAP registration): Visit the SNAP official website to register
Visit the official website and complete your SNAP 2026 registration by November 25, 2026. Candidates must make sure that all details are correct because changes will not be allowed after registration.
Step 2 (SNAP registration): Accept the terms and conditions
After filling out the information, candidates need to read all the instructions and terms and conditions carefully. Next click on “Continue” to accept the terms and conditions.
Step 3 (SNAP registration): Enter your personal and academic details
Candidates must fill in their personal and academic details correctly. Make sure to use a valid and unique email ID and mobile number. Both contact details must be active throughout the SNAP 2026 admission process.
Step 4 (SNAP registration): Verify with OTP sent to your communication address
After entering the relevant details, click on “Save and Continue.” Enter the OTP to complete the verification. You will receive an OTP on your registered mobile number and email ID.
Step 5 (SNAP registration): Get your SNAP ID and password
After successful registration, your SNAP ID and password will be sent to you via your registered mobile number and email ID. Keep these details safe, as you will need them for all SNAP-related communication in the future.
Step 6 (SNAP registration): Pay the SNAP registration fee
The SNAP 2026 registration fee is Rs 2,550. Candidates must note that the registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Simply paying the SNAP test fee is not enough. You must also pay the programme registration fee for every programme you want to apply to to become eligible for shortlisting. If you do not pay the programme fee, you will not be considered for that programme, even if you have a good SNAP score.
Step 9 (SNAP registration): Raise a query if you need help
If candidates face any issue related to its registration, they need to log in to the SNAP portal using their SNAP ID and select “Raise A Query.” Next, they need to create a ticket to get their issue resolved.
Step 10 (SNAP registration): Complete the institute/programme fee payment
Candidates need to pay the required programme registration fee using any the payment methods available on the SNAP portal.
Step 11 (SNAP registration): Select your SNAP test date
