CAT 2022 Topper : Vaibhav Singh (99.25%ile)

Jitna iquanta se seekhne ko mila last 4 months mein, the least I could do is write a gratitude post taaki aage baccho ki thodi si bhi help ho jaaye if possible.

After months of confusion between choosing UPSC and CAT, I finally decided to zero down on CAT for 2022 and started looking for sources around June from sratch. Attending college in Bhopal some 30 kms away from the city, offline coaching was out of the question so decided to look for online coaching ; lack of time + a bit of procrastination abilities ruled out only self study as an option.

Ab online mei there is always a risk ki sahi hoga ya nahi , but iquanta ke affordable prices + plethora of positive reviews+ last batch ka starting time almost concurrent with my prep starting time made me choose Iquanta.

Bas uss din ke baad se regret kabhi nahi kiya decision. Guidance humesha milti rahi Jeet Singh Abhishek Leela Pandey Sajjan Barnwal sir se aur practice bohot ragad ke hui , material ki kami ki kabhi complaint nahi rahi , haa zyada ki bohot baar rahi xD. Classes were extremely organised , effective aur return mei all they expected was participation and attendance in the classes. MS Thesis ke saath manage karna tha mujhe apna prep , so mostly it was only iquanta ke classes + the practice sessions they organised + daily initiatives. . Kaafi punctuality aur self discipline bhi develop hui , can easily say that poore last batch ke classes + crash course classes mei mushkil se 2-3 class hi miss kari maine , aur unhe bhi phir asap cover kara taaki backlog na ho.

Agar mehnat karne ko taiyyar toh overall Iquanta bohot acchi jagah lagi mujhe. Time ke saath confidence badhta gaya but prize competitions mei logo ke pagalo jaisi speed dekhke humbleness humesha bani rahi ki there is still a long way to go.

My CAT went okayish, apne expectations ke hisaab se quant mei hi score kar paaya tha , but haa exam ke pehle bhi maine post kara tha ki I was happy with the effort that I put in aur jitna kuch seekhne ko mila , expected se thoda accha result came as a cherry on the top!

Anyways , abhi toh major selection process + OMETs bache hain , so still a long way to go, but really wanna thank everyone who helped me in my journey! Aise hi aage bhi please!

Side Note: Itne kam no mei LRDI mei itna percentile kaise aaya , yeh kabhi samajh nahi aayega xD.
